My passion is helping teens, young adults and adults navigate life’s stressful challenges while managing their mental health. I foster a calm, gentle and supportive environment that allows clients to feel open and comfortable discussing their deepest concerns and most troubling problems.
I use a range of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Modalities to help each client challenge themselves, cope with life's adversities and work towards solutions.
My experience working in PHP, IOP and Outpatient Therapy has cultivated my ability to form a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and support them in achieving stability within their mental health.
