I'm experienced with individuals ages 8 years and older, teens & adults, and couples as part of pre-marital counseling or during the midst of relationship difficulties. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Christian Counseling (upon request) to meet you where you are and customize goals specific to your needs.
