My approach to therapy is relational, as well as using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and mindfulness, while maintaining a culturally appropriate lens.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both educational and outpatient settings. Having worked in school systems, I am knowledgeable about school and educational processes and school related behaviors. When working with children and their families, I incorporate play and art therapy interventions in my work.
