If you or a loved one is struggling with anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues, I can help. I provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients to identify, understand and heal. Depending on the individual, we’d use evidenced based treatments to bridge you to a place where you’re feeling better and able to experience joy in your life.
My work is with children, adolescents and adults who present a broad range of clinical and developmental concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and end of life issues. I utilize various modalities, some include Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT and a Psychodynamic Therapy.
