Notice for new potential patients 7.2.2024: My schedule is almost full and availability will vary upon time of contact. Wed, Thurs, Fri 7am to 7pm in person and virtual. When I think of my ideal client, it isn’t a specific population or problem. My ideal client would be someone who comes to therapy and is willing to do the work it takes to progress in their own lives. I can only help those who want to be helped, and if given the opportunity I’d love to guide them through the process.
One of my greatest values as a mental health clinician is my authenticity. Finding a therapist can be anxiety-inducing to most, and something I really pride myself on is making therapy approachable for everyone. I like to use my own humility to show my patients that it’s okay to be vulnerable and that they have genuine support from a caring human being.
I understand from my own personal therapy experience that finding someone to trust with all that you come with can be difficult. Just seeking therapy alone shows strength in your character. I hope to hear from you and look forward to working with you!
