I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is a primary foundation of healing and self-discovery.
I mainly work out of a person-centered and mindfulness approach. Focusing on the connection between body and mind as such incorporating life skills to teach self-soothing techniques, as well as integrating creative expression in counseling sessions to enhance the counseling process.
