We live in a technologically charged time, which can make it difficult to connect to one another, and sometimes even ourselves. My style is warm, humorous, laid back, and very much solution oriented. I integrate elements of different therapeutic modalities that cater to specific preferences and therapeutic needs, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Executive Function Coaching to support clients in structuring value driven lives, habits, and routines around what works and feels best for them so that personal and professional goals can achieved.
I received my MSW from the University of Denver, where I concentrated on Mental Health and Wellness and Alternative Experiential and Nature Based Therapeutic Interventions. I love working with clients to find creative and structured ways to manage their individual symptoms, whatever they may be, and working together to establish positive change.
