My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients and guide them to the life that they want to achieve. My goal as a therapist is to use an eclectic therapeutic style to help clients understand what is going on in their life, and develop coping skills to help them achieve and maintain their goals.
I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Mental Skills, PTSD and Sexual Trauma. As a retired competitive figure skater, I also understand what it is like to transition out of sport and deal with body image issues.
