I also use story-work and parts-work to help you gain understanding from the past and find clarity on how you want to move forward.
Together, we will uncover essential needs that have gone unmet, name with truth the painful, formative experiences that deserve healing, and create space for the parts of yourself historically burdened by certain roles and responsibilities to live more authentically and supported.
