I specialize in CBT, which aims to rewire and reframe thoughts stemming from core beliefs, and ACT, which works to make room for uncomfortable emotions while striving to intentionally work toward living a values based life. I use attachment theory and psychodynamic theory to help clients gain insight on how our early experiences impact current relationships.
I am passionate about building a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients based on empathy, safety, and authenticity. I offer a calm and warm presence and I strongly value creating a nonjudgmental safe haven where clients feel comfortable being open about their struggles.
