My ideal client struggles with depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. They have issues dealing with their stress and need to work on coping skills. They also may be struggling when it comes to communication and speaking up for themselves they may be struggling with school, Work, relationships, and want to find better ways to carry themselves through it. They want to understand where their behaviors come from, whether it be from childhood or a product of their environment. They may just want to have a judgment free place to vent.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, communication issues, crisis and trauma, substance use, ADHD, anger management, OCD, behavioral issues, suicidal ideation, as well as working with families. I have worked with personality disorders, co-occuring disorders, LGBTQ+, and utilize motivational interviewing, CBT and DBT.
