I am a licensed therapist, as well as a certified personal trainer. I enjoy incorporating my background of helping people with physical health, while working on their mental health. All components of health are equally important from exercise and nutrition, to mental health. I am a former athlete and enjoy working with clients going through life transitions.
I utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, strengths-based, trauma informed, among others. I have a background in crisis response, and I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, familial/relationship difficulties, eating disorders, self-identity, life transitions, & the LGBTQ population.
