I focus on helping the client build a loving relationship with his or herself. I practice a holistic, humanistic, and strength based approach to therapy. As a therapist, I believe providing the client with a safe and a non-judgmental atmosphere is of upmost importance. It is only in this environment that the client is then able to be open and honest, as well as to be his or herself without feeling stigmatized. The client is the expert in this therapeutic relationship, and I try to help guide the client in obtaining the goals he or she has set forth.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, and currently, provide individual counseling for those age groups. My range of expertise includes life issues, relationship issues, behavioral issues, multi faceted trauma, addiction, grief, depression and anxiety.
