It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance! Whether you are working on self-improvement, working through a difficult life event, seeking guidance with relationship conflicts, or just looking for someone to talk to, it would be my pleasure to offer my therapeutic services to guide you along the journey of self discovery. Currently I practice with Sussex Family Counseling (sussexfamilycounseling.com) and I am accepting new patients, primarily in virtual session format. Across my career I have worked with clients of diverse ages, from young children, to older adults.
I would like to briefly share a little personal and professional information about myself, to aid you in your decision to enter into a therapeutic relationship with myself. I obtained my bachelors degree in Social Work from Salisbury University, and my masters degree in Social Work, from the University of Maryland (Baltimore campus).
I have focused my work in the last few years to adults and seniors, examining the need for substance use treatment and mental health therapy. In my free time I enjoy spending my time with my two adult children, and teenage daughter in our eastern shore community.
