As your therapist, I see myself as your travel companion – someone to help you identify, navigate, and overcome whatever obstacles you face on your journey. Using an integrative approach, I blend more traditional psychodynamic and relational therapies with evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.
I am trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (certified level I) and I completed a specialization in trauma-informed approaches and early child development. I use an eclectic approach, pulling from various modalities to, help you, not ONLY address your challenges and struggles, but also to understand them with compassion and purpose.
I work with adults with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, and postpartum and perinatal issues. My style is compassionate, and affirming; however, I help my clients reflect on the hard questions as well. Together we can help you realize and utilize your own internal strengths and innate resilience as you make your way home.
