Many of my clients are young adults looking for support in navigating different transitions in their life. Often my clients are dealing with challenges at home with their family and or looking for ways to improve their relationships with friends or loved ones. I am successful with helping clients develop strategies to manage changes in their mood, improve their communication skills and increase self their esteem. Together we will navigate additional stressors of daily life and create a treatment plan that feels attainable and matches your personal needs.
Welcome to my virtual practice! I am so happy you are here. I am here to be your partner. I meet my clients where they are emotionally and support them using a psychodynamic and CBT approach for skill building. I am a staff clinician in Wellesley in addition to holding my own case of private patients.
