I received my Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Throughout my years of experience in the field I have learned the importance of trusting the therapeutic process. One of my main goals as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to make therapy a safe place where you feel seen and heard. I value an integrative approach to therapy to best meet your individual unique needs wherever you are in your personal healing journey. Healing is not a linear process. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families & couples from various and diverse cultural backgrounds. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, mood disorders, PTSD & other disorders.
Using a holistic approach and incorporating coping skills, psycho-education, compassion, somatic exercises and other techniques I can assist you in setting & working towards your goals, & increasing your self-awareness.
