I understand how difficult the journey to mental wellness can be and am honored to walk beside you. Ultimately, I believe in your ability to discern the right path and solutions. I believe it is my role to assist in uncovering those answers and support healing while offering a space to be vulnerable. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, infertility, and life transitions.
Emotions are famously messy and uncomfortable. I create an environment where empathy and validation are overflowing, making it easier to push through any discomfort.
