I understand that addiction isn't just to alcohol and substances. Together we can navigate the challenges that addiction presents as well as exploring the root of your addiction. Together we can explore the relationship that has been created with addiction and collectively create a more positive and healthier lifestyle.
I am a mental health therapist that specializes in dual diagnosis therapy focusing on addiction and concerns with substance use. I also have extensive experience working with children and adolescents. I take an integrative approach by utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques.
I show up as authentic, compassionate, non-judgmental, validating, and direct with my clients. The most important part of therapy is the relationship we have together, and my goal is to give you a space where you can be your full, explicit self. A space to empower you to find your voice.
