Hi! I'm Samantha Haselroth, LMFT! I believe we are all so. incredibly. busy. Many mental health challenges arise because we are not allowing ourselves the opportunity to slow down and simply check in with ourselves day to day. I truly believe it is a gift that you are taking the time to invest in you! I support teens, young adults, and individuals to gain a better understanding and acceptance of their true selves. I specialize in working with teens facing anxiety, depression, academic challenges, low self-esteem, and ADHD.
I support parents with understanding diagnoses, improved communication and connection, and teenage defiance. With adults, I work through emotion regulation, improved relationships, and enhanced self-awareness.
I utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT & DBT, to support clients in reaching their goals. I practice from a strengths-based and client-centered approach. My goal is for you to develop increased self-awareness and have access to tools that you can carry with you at all times.
