The thought of starting therapy can feel uncertain and uncomfortable. My therapy practice is fueled by my passion for helping others through life’s twists and turns in a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental atmosphere. My main objective, while helping clients reach their goals, is to empower clients’ voices while they continue to write their own stories. I help empower couples and families find their balence and reconnect. My experience includes working with adults, teenagers and children as young as 11.
For individual therapy sessions my approach uses traditional talk therapy, ERP for anxiety and phobias, CBT, and DBT. For family therapy I approach sessions using Bowian family systems therapy. For Couples, I use Gottmans approach strengthening couples connection.
Everyone should have a therapist to be able to sound board and help them through life’s ups and downs and I’m here to help. I absolutely love what I do and would love to help where I can.
