I enjoy working with both individuals and couples. While I have experience with anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and relational issues, my specialized training is in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for individuals.
