I aim to make each session relaxing, empowering, and transformative, with some humor in there too! I have experience helping clients overcome depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-worth/self-esteem struggles, and family of origin challenges; I particularly enjoy working with those facing social anxiety.
My approach to therapy is primarily relationship-based and person-centered, including elements of ACT, psychodynamic, and existential modalities. I earned Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Communication from Loyola University Chicago and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University.
