Welcome! Finding the right therapist can be difficult due to the uniqueness of the relationship. By providing a compassionate, relaxed, and nonjudgemental environment, I hope to make this easier. It is a privilege that people choose to share parts of their lives with me as well as allow me to be part of their journeys of change and growth.
I am clinically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilize tools such as Brainspotting and somatic processing to further expand the healing process. I work with teenagers and adults with issues such as: depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, ADHD, navigating relationships/friendships, life transitions, and identity and gender exploration.
I provide an empathetic, integrative approach to understand each person's unique challenges and help find solutions and long-term change. My role is to hold a safe space for you on your journey. My practice affirms LGBTQIA+, queer, the gender diverse community, and provides a safe space for any person who needs to process, explore, and grow.
