I provide treatment to clients using a multi-dimensional therapeutic approach, including person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy. By building rapport and creating a safe environment, I challenge negative symptoms and encourage and motivate my clients to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
