My goal is to empower you through skill building to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress and substance use. Ultimately we work together to heal the underlying trauma leading to your symptoms and stress. I am committed to using evidence based therapies that are proven to be effective in helping individuals heal.
I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness. Together we will work together to identify your goals and help you heal.
