When we experience grief and/or trauma, balancing mental and physical health can feel overwhelming and difficult to prioritize. Additionally, these experiences can dysregulate our nervous systems and disconnect our emotions and body. This one time Yoga for Grief and Trauma workshop is a safe and supportive space where you can practice reconnecting the body and mind, emotional regulation skills, through intentional movement, breath work and increased bodily awareness. ** PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT ** Registration through www.thecenterforcompassion.com/groups is required at least 48 hours before the workshop.

A group setting can provide understanding for your feelings and normalize your grief experiences. Our Traumatically Bereaved Adult Support Group is designed for adults who have experienced the death of a child, sibling, partner, or parent.
