If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or interpersonal issues and are looking for a non-judgmental and holistic approach to wellness, I am here to join with you in your recovery. As a counselor, I have a variety of experience working with high-risk populations and people in crisis and believe strongly in your innate capacity for healing. My goal is to help you to gain insight and self-acceptance while working with you to establish strong boundaries and strategies in order to help you to facilitate ongoing personal growth.
I believe in a person-centered, solution-focused approach that is tailored to your specific needs. I have a passion for working with first responders, neuro-atypical folks, and young people and their families through various challenges and have training in multiple modalities to address trauma responses, high-risk behaviors, and substance use disorders.
