I strive to create a warm, supportive and safe atmosphere throughout the process of building our therapeutic relationship. If you are feeling anxious, depressed or just not like yourself, this is a safe space to learn what it feels like to be accepted for your authentic self. With a focus on growth in the context of relational connection, I desire to ensure you would feel supported and heard along your journey of self-exploration. It is my intention to always honor the sacred space created in the therapy room.
I specialize in working with women in their 20s-30s struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. Together, we’ll uncover your authentic self and build the confidence and comfort you deserve. I also work with couples on communication, trust, and emotional connection, fostering open, honest conversations to create stronger, healthier relationship
I am a gentle, non-threatening and careful listener during the therapy process and maintain a belief that you are the expert of your life.
