Greetings! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who, for twenty years, have worked with others to live and lead their best lives. I have far-reaching experience with helping people to manage addictions, process trauma and loss, cope with stress, and take on the challenges of everyday life. I hold the sanctity of the therapeutic relationship seriously and, as such, your comfort and privacy are exceptionally important to me.
Over the years, I have worked with Active Duty military and retirees, people with serious and persistent mental disorders, and those with addiction issues. We will utilize a number of tools to help you get back on track, including talk therapy, worksheets, relaxation practices, and your strengths and accomplishments.
I work with Grow Therapy and I will review your assessment before our first session. We will therefore use that time to better establish your needs and get to know each other, while creating a treatment plan.
