I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that has a passion for working with adults and children from all walks of life. Life is a journey filled with so many lessons, hardships, heartaches, joys and special moments that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Luckily, we don’t have to deal with these feelings and experiences alone. As your therapist, I am here to walk this journey with you, help you process your experiences, and assist you with developing the tools to overcome whatever challenges or barriers that are in your way. I specialize in trauma informed counseling for children, adolescents, and adults.
I use a wide variety of therapeutic interventions including Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. My experience includes 10 years of working in group homes, hospitals, schools, and the VA.
I received my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University in 2013 and my Masters in Social Work from Fordham University in 2015. I work with clients from all backgrounds and belief systems. I look forward to meeting with you soon!
