Life is a winding path- I know how difficult it can often be adjusting to challenges in the moment and over time. I have been helping clients for several years confront the tasks of personal integration and expansion in response to life's unhelpful habits, patterns and circumstances. My approach and style are effective at helping heal dysregulation in all forms, regardless of whether they stem from health conditions, interpersonal disruptions, or other historical factors. My approach includes behavioral, interpersonal and mindfulness-based modalities. I make use of interventions old and new- breathwork, contemplative skills, as well as cutting-edge biofeedback techniques and IFS (also called parts work). These skills take lasting root when we can nourish them with human connection and validating emotional experiences.
I am now accepting clients for both short and long term psychotherapy, either in person or via telehealth platform.
