Hi There! When it comes to therapy, I’m all about blending different approaches to create a space that feels just right for healing and growth. I work to support both children and caregivers on navigating the complexities of childhood. My mission is to make sure every child feels heard, understood, and supported on their journey through life.
I use an eclectic approach, taking the best from different modalities and meshing it together. Typically a child-centered approach that honors each individual’s unique journey. Informed by the principles of Synergetic Play Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Transpersonal Counseling.
My hope is that together we can work to better understand your child's big feelings, emotions, and learn how to communicate. Together we can get curious about what is happening under the behavior and find ways to support your child and you through challenges.
