You may have been to therapy before, (or not) and you may want to try something new. I am queer-allied and diversity justice-allied. It is important to me that you feel accepted unconditionally here. While grief is a major focus of mine, we are not limited to working with somatic approaches, incorporating nature/play/art in sessions, and/or simply creating a therapeutic space that is right for you! I am flexible and accommodating to your needs of support.
