I have clinical experience supporting clients with a variety of emotional and social challenges including life transitions, processing childhood and intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational issues with family and peers including bullying, isolation, and divorce. I have a passion for supporting LGBTQIA clients and their families.
I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic styles to support you. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy and may incorporate elements of IFS, CBT, DBT, MI, mindfulness, and somatic techniques in our work together.
