Welcome! It is my assumption that if you're searching for support, you might not be feeling your best, or honestly, you might just feel like shit. I show up for Clients who feel stuck for a multitude of reasons: wanting a career shift, having relational issues, processing relationship endings, those who struggle with the demands of parenthood, or maybe it's just the weight of the world. I work with adults who identify as over-achievers or people-pleasers.
If you are wondering what beginning therapy with me looks like, it is a hurts-so-good approach. Being human in today's world is messy and complex and my sessions provide a space to untangle heavy emotions and figure out what is making you feel stuck. Instead of offering you a bandaid, my process goes deeper and is root-centered.
My sessions are designed to be a non-judgemental space where you can find room to breathe again. I am also a therapist who practices what they preach, so much of my approach is based on the types of therapy I have personally accomplished. My ideal Client as someone who loves to laugh, who shows up to do the work, and who is open to discomfort.
