I help women, queer, and neurodivergent folks who feel unhappy and stuck. I use a holistic, intersectional, and compassionate approach to counseling that acknowledges that you are the expert of your own life. The clients I work with face challenges related to neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, anxiety, depression, and trauma. They face marginalization, life changes, relationship issues, career challenges, grief, and existential questions about purpose and meaning in their lives. My continuing education focuses on neurodivergent affirming practice in the form of trainings, consultation, and self-study.
I help clients develop the ability to notice and understand their thoughts, feelings, and motivations in order to move through their challenges. I know that the process of therapy, while extraordinarily helpful, is also incredibly hard. I provide a supportive, warm, and even playful environment. We will brainstorm next steps and practice skills together.
I'm continually humbled to walk beside folks on their journeys, and I strive to offer empathetic, informed, and authentic support. I believe in challenging the status quo and exploring all modes of being with both acceptance and curiosity. Please reach out if you sense that we might be a good fit.
