My name is Sam and I help clients ages 18 and up struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors/ transitions and men's mental health. I truly believe that the therapeutic process is a place for self-exploration and that you have all the knowledge within yourself to reach your goals. As a therapist, my goal is to create a collaborative and comfortable environment for you to explore your treatment needs.
My approaches are viewed from a trauma focused lens and are based on your strengths and needs. Some of the common modalities I use are internal family systems, art therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I hold a Bachelors of Art from the University of Hartford as well as a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Lesley University. I am an avid hiker and artist and look forward to getting to know more about you.
