I utilize creative interventions personalized to each individual or family. As a licensed school counselor and professional therapist, I work closely with children, families, and adults around topics of gender identity, non-traditional family structures, and neurodiversity. I often work with autism, ADHD, school or workplace accommodations, relationship issues, life skills, and major transitions.
I am trained in psychodynamic approaches such as internal family systems therapy, psychodrama, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. As a trauma-informed clinician, I prioritize somatic techniques, multicultural awareness, and client-led planning.
I identify as a member of LGBTQIA+/ENM/ND communities. In my free time, I enjoy participating in social justice efforts, learning about spiritual practices, playing music, and spending time outdoors.
