I offer longer sessions, 60 to 150 minutes, to better understand my clients and address their concerns.
I specialize in treating trauma, sexual shame and sex/relationship issues (including affairs, intimacy issues, and unwanted porn use), and people pleasing/perfectionism. My main approaches are EMDR, Inner Child, ACT, and other forms of therapy. I also enjoy helping clients with depression, anxiety, faith transitions, and general stress and life transitions.
In my office you will not be judged for what you think, feel, or what has happened to you. Curiosity is what you can expect from me. But more importantly, I help each of my clients to have more curiosity and less judgement about themselves. I believe we get so much further in life by being curious.
