I treat the space of our encounter as an alchemical vessel: a container designed to hold and facilitate the healing and unfolding of the soul through an integrative attention to body, heart, and mind. The core approaches I apply include depth psychology (Jungian), mindfulness, somatic awareness, imaginal attunement, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
