I specialize in providing therapy focusing on a wide range of presenting issues such as; trauma, anger management, grief, crisis, addiction, depression and anxiety. My goal is to help clients work to facilitate healthy behavior change, help clients to establish and maintain healthy relationships and boundaries, help set personal goals, enhance clients effectiveness and ability to cope, and promote clients potential with implementing a healthy decision making processes.
I hold a Masters of Science in Mental Clinical Illness specializing in CBT therapy from SELU. Since 2018, I have studied and worked in the therapy field, using a wide range of modalities to uniquely fit client’s needs. I am certified in Prepare/Enrich marriage and couples counseling. I am trained in EMDR and am also certified in Anger Management.
