Although I work with people of all backgrounds, my passion is the intersection of theology (esp. Christian theology), & mental health. I seek to bring a sense of congruence between one's theological beliefs, experiences & self. Clinically, my approach includes an eclectic combination of Polyvagal Theory, Narrative, ACT, IFS, and Attached-Based interventions.
