I’m an experienced bilingual, culturally competent, trauma-informed therapist with a background in counseling, case management, immigration psychological evaluations, and Employee Assistance and Wellness programs. I’m a supportive and empathic therapist that believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and having the individual actively participate in the therapeutic goals.
I use an integrative approach to therapy to meet an individual’s needs. I empower clients to manage their emotional wellbeing and provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to share their life experiences.
I received a B.A degree in Human Development and minor in Human Resources at Boston College and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Bowie State University.
