Anchor Yourself to Wellness with a therapist who is solution focused. “Life’s roughest storms prove the strength of our anchors.” I use humor combined with evidenced based practices to identify strengths and help you prove the strength of your anchor. I am an 'anxiety ninja' who utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques. I have written and published two anxiety workbooks for teens, that often adults tell me they love as well. It is my goal to support the development of tangible and adaptive skills for you to handle the waves in your life.
I am a licensed clinical social worker working with children, teens, families, and individuals to help them eliminate barriers impacting their lives for over 15 years. I am a lifelong learner, who believes we all have the potential to grow and continue to develop the best version of ourselves at every stage of life.
My goal is to help my clients identify their strengths and build their toolbox with skills to overcome whatever storm is impacting their life. Therapy with me is a fun time and together we will work collaboratively to address the stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc. that is impacting your life.
