My love for therapy is driven by the opportunity to empower my clients to become the best versions of themselves despite whatever is going on in life. I believe that my clients are the experts in their own life and that therapy is a collaborative process of listening, understanding and working together to create change. I approach our work together by looking at the whole person, both mind and body, to determine and utilize the most appropriate evidence-based treatment. I enjoy working with general life transitions, stress, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and prenatal/postpartum mood disorders.
My leading goal as your therapist is to provide you with a safe and supportive space for us to explore and navigate the complexities of life and just simply being human. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental presence, and provide unique insights to help you better identify, understand and resolve unhelpful thinking patterns.
One of the most important things is finding a therapist who is a good fit. I am more than happy to spend a few minutes discussing your needs prior to scheduling a session. Feel free to contact me for a phone consultation or to schedule your first appointment.
