I customize the therapeutic approach for each client based on their needs, desires and unique makeup drawing from Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Breathwork, Bio-energetics, Yoga and more. I work with both adolescents and adults experiencing a range of concerns.
I’m passionate about how to support others to find healing and fulfillment by bridging the gap between mind and body.
