I am an IFS & Somatic Experiencing student with over 20 years of experience in Yoga and Meditation, I combine these practices with my clinical expertise to create a holistic treatment approach. My passion stems from years of outpatient clinical practice and personal encounters with the detrimental impact of untreated mental health and addiction on families.
