My training in somatic experience 3years to become an SEP, EMDR certified, and Narm second level) helps me, help you with PTSD and complex-PTSD. My love for humanity and helping others provides you a real sense of connection in your life. I support you when you are in transitional life situations and help with coaching and teaching you about regulating your nervous system.

I utilized my 26 years being clean and sober and my fully education and experience as a Licensed addiction and substance abuse counselors to help you direct your life away from alcohol and drugs.
