I work to help clients to find meaning and strategies to move past old patterns to live well in the present.
Besides working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and other emotional difficulties, I help individuals recover from childhood bullying as well as low-grade persistent "relational" traumas that continue to challenge their ability to cope and maintain a healthful self-concept.
